The basis is community workshops lasting several days, interviews with industry insiders and cooperation with us, the RidersCollective.
With the involvement of the audience and experts, working and living conditions are discussed and attempts are made to find solutions and the obstacles on the way to a fair organization of work for all are discussed.
It addresses the lack of social security, low pay, pressure to perform and daily uncertainty that comes at the price of much-promised flexibility - and why this job is still being done.
